- 01 Apply Complete the online application and upload your documents. You can save and continue later.
- 02 We check your application We confirm receipt and keep you updated on the status of your application.
- 03 Application review The admissions team checks your documents to confirm you meet the requirements for your chosen course.
- 04 Interview (some courses) For certain courses we may invite you to an interview.
- 05 Decision The final decision is made by the course leader, and you receive it in writing.
Documents you will need
- A recent passport-size photograph
- Your national ID or passport (or birth certificate)
- Your KCSE certificate or result slip
- Any other academic or professional certificates

IDIA College admits students three times a year, in January, May and September.
Application fee
An application fee of KES 1,000 applies to certificate and diploma courses. It is non-refundable and payable when you submit your application.

The College offers accommodation at KES 3,500 per month. There are also private hostels nearby that students can rent at their own cost.
